thorki_bigbangHi guys! This is it! Final fic drafts and final artworks are due today. Don’t worry if you haven’t completely finished your art and fic, or if you’ve got those last-minute edits to do. Posting doesn’t start still October 25, so you’ve still got time.
We would, however, like you to send us what you have so we can see who’s still in the game and adjust posting dates accordingly. If you need an extension past October 25, please let us know. A few people have already emailed us and we’ve taken note of your extensions.
Please do not reply to the email we sent. Send us your fics and art in a separate email to make it a bit easier on our mods to keep track of things.
One more thing to keep track of: October 12 is the date for claiming your posting date. We’ll be sending along a spreadsheet for you to choose your date. Posting begins on October 25 and will end sometime in mid-November, depending on how many works we have. There will be only two slots per day, so please be ready for when posting date claims go up if you have a particular date in mind.
You must coordinate with your artist to choose a posting date, and your fic must be posted on AO3, with your artist’s work embedded or linked to in the post.
