Hi artists! It’s time for check-ins. No need to send us screenshots of your work (though you’re welcome to send them in, we love The Content ;D), all we need is a confirmation that you’ve made progress and that you’re still in the game!

We've sent off emails, so you can reply to that email with a confirmation, or you can leave a comment here on Dreamwidth!

Reminder that final art and fics are due on October 8, 2018. Don’t worry, though, we’re definitely open to giving extensions for those who need it, especially for our pinch-hit artists.

A pinch-hit artist is someone who is willing to whip up something for a fic on short notice. This generally occurs when an artist has dropped out or when a fic has been unclaimed, for whatever reason, close to the final posting date.

Before you sign up as an artist, please read the Information & FAQ so that you have an understanding of what is expected. If you are interested in being a pinch-hit artist, comment with the following information:

 Hi guys! We have an amazing number of fics to choose from. Claiming works like this: you comment with your top three choices and we'll give you your priority fic that hasn't been claimed yet (i.e. if your first choice has already been claimed we'll give you your second choice, and so on).

Artists, please put the username you signed up with within the your claim comment.

Since there seems to be more artists than fics to claim, we'll be doing a second round of claims in a separate post AFTER all fics have been claimed. The second round of claims will make all fics available again, so artists are also allowed to claim a second work, and fics are allowed to be chosen twice.

Hi Thorki Big Bang artists! Artist claims were supposed to be on August 17, but due to life events and some fic summaries coming in late, we've decided to move the claims to August 19, 2018.

This will also give artists time to check out the summaries and make their choices, as summaries will go up by August 17. Claiming will open on August 19, 8 AM EST.
